HOMEMADE SOYNUTS

1. Soak 1 cup of soy bean aka soya bean aka soy nuts aka MR BEAN
in 3 cups water with 1/2 teaspoon of salt
 for 9-12 hrs(i took 12hrs)

(p.s. rinse beans once prior to soaking)

2. Drain water after soaking beans

3. Dry the beans briefly using kitchen towels

4. Place beans in baking tray in a single layer, spread them out evenly

5. Bake at 180 degress c for approx (30 - 45mins)

6. In process of baking, move the beans about the tray every 10 mins interval
(prevent sticking n charring n unevenly baked beans)

*You can also toss soy nut in spice/ curry/ bbq/ honey or any condiments
after drying them just b4 the baking process begins

Recipe

1. In a measuring cup, add 1/2 an APPLE & 1/4 CARROT

2. Add ICE COLD WATER till 250ml mark

3. Pour contents into BLENDER, blend for 3 mins

5. Stop blender, add 2 SCOOP VANILLA POWDER

6. Cap & blend on pulse mode for 1 min

SERVE 1 only ( that is me la )

6. Cap & blend on pulse mode for 1 min

6. Cap & blend on pulse mode for 1 min

3. Top up with LIME JUICE till 250ml mark

4. Pour contents into BLENDER, blend for 3 mins

5. Stop blender, add 1 SCOOP TROPICAL FRUIT POWDER + 1 SCOOP VANILLA POWDER

6. Cap & blend on pulse mode for 1 min

SERVE 1 only ( that is me la )
